1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StocksX ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. No Financial Advice

StocksX is a community platform for information sharing only. Content generally provided on this site does not constitute financial advice. We are not a SEBI registered investment advisor. This includes, without limitation, all posts on the feed, the Verdict (BUY / HOLD / SELL signals), the Strategist AI analysis tool, the Stock of the Week feature, and any content in the Result Corner. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making any investment decisions.

3. Platform Features

StocksX provides the following features, subject to these Terms:

  • Feed: A community feed for sharing stock insights, analyses, and market commentary.
  • Portfolio Tracker: A personal tool to manually track your stock holdings and P&L. Data entered is stored on our servers and governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Watchlist: A personal list of stocks you monitor.
  • Verdict: AI-generated BUY / HOLD / SELL signals for Nifty 50 stocks based on technical and fundamental data. These are informational signals only and are not investment recommendations.
  • Strategist: An AI-powered analysis tool that provides technical and fundamental breakdowns of stocks. Outputs are for informational purposes only.
  • Stock of the Week: A curated weekly stock highlight prepared by the StocksX team. This is editorial content and does not constitute investment advice.
  • Result Corner: An earnings calendar aggregating NSE/BSE quarterly result announcements from public sources.
  • Indian Stock Market Page: Aggregated market data, indices, and news for informational purposes.

4. Membership & Access

Certain features — including Verdict, Strategist, Stock of the Week, and Result Corner — require a registered StocksX account. Creating an account is free. We may introduce paid membership tiers in the future, which will be announced separately. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

5. User Conduct

Users are responsible for all content they post. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

  • Harassment, abuse, or targeted attacks against other users.
  • Spam, repetitive posts, or unsolicited promotion.
  • Market manipulation attempts, pump-and-dump schemes, or sharing false or misleading financial information.
  • Sharing another person's private information without consent.
  • Attempting to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or premium feature restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content created by StocksX — including but not limited to Verdict signals, Stock of the Week reports, and Strategist outputs — is the property of StocksX. You may share this content with attribution but may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without prior written consent. User-generated content (posts, comments) remains the intellectual property of the respective user. By posting on the Platform, you grant StocksX a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We verify data to the best of our ability but do not guarantee the accuracy of stock prices, market data provided by third-party APIs, or AI-generated analysis. Market data may be delayed. Verdict signals and Strategist outputs are generated algorithmically and are subject to error.

8. Limitation of Liability

StocksX and its team shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on content or features available on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use of StocksX after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
